The following six interviews were filmed and edited by Robert Lawson, directed and conceived by Stacya Silverman and were unscripted. Each actor (Stacya Silverman, Sarah Harlett, David Silverman, Thomas Schworer) were given a prompt to improvise about a bad brow experience while the brilliant Robert Lawson filmed the drama. They are parody and not meant to disparage any magazine, person, place, or thing.
Below, please enjoy this 40-year-old student film—a time capsule of dorkier days. I'm playing an exaggerated version of myself, Larry Mauro is playing a talk show host ... it's a cast of thousands. We shot this after I lost my financial aid package and had to drop out of college for a semester and get dumb jobs to get by. This is a parody and not meant to damage any place, person, food, or thing. Original lyrics by David Silverman.
